Glen L. Gross
Glen Gross is a member of the California Bar and the Patent Bar, with over 30 years of experience in intellectual property law. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Penn State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
His practice covers patent and trademark acquisition and enforcement across a wide variety of industries. He advises clients on portfolio strategies, licensing, and enforcement — and brings practical, business-focused perspective to every engagement, not just legal formalism.
Glen has experience with litigation and disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and has guided inventors and companies through every stage of the IP lifecycle, from initial idea to multi-jurisdiction portfolio management.
Eileen Edwards
Eileen Edwards is a is a paralegal with over two decades of experience and has recently begun working in intellectual property law. Her attention to detail and organizational capabilities ensure that cases run smoothly. She holds bachelor's degrees in English and Psychology from Rutgers University and an associate's degree in paralegal studies from MTI College. Outside of the office she enjoys hiking, yoga, classic films, and spending time with her family.
Daniel T. Earle
Dan Earle is a member of the Bar of Commonwealth of Virginia, with over 25 years of experience in intellectual property law. Dan has a B.A. in History from the college of William and Mary and a Juris Doctor from George Mason University. His practice covers trademark prosecution and enforcement, including handling oppositions and cancellations before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and copyright prosecution.
